I have this Neo X7 here that is stuck in boot mode. I been trying to get into the recovery mode with the reset and the unit will not boot into the recovery mode at all. I also tried the OTG cable way but it will not pick up my minix on either windows10 or windows 7. I read where someone mentioned to shave the plastic on the OTG cable down so the cable will go into the box more. I tried this and still does not work. Anyone have any suggestions?
