Minix Neo X8-H Plus USB Not Working

Hello im in strange situation . my minix neo X8 -h plus usb is not working. last night i power it off from the menu and yesterday when i started Minix its usb is not working anymore. i tried all the tricks to start usb again but i fail. last i go for reinstall a firmware but even its micro usb is also not working how can i now reinstall firmware ??

Does any one have any solution for this problem ??
 
@wwefan did you mean i tried all the tricks i connect usb flash drive to pc and still not working.If it works in pc copy content to hard drive and again format usb flash drive.Reinstalling firmware will not solve the problem.It's not the firmware problem.

Yes. I agree it is not a firmware problem (supposing it is a official firmware ) .
All ports must work, usb port included.
If he cant use usb firmware method upgrade he can try sd card method, if he had sucess in flashing lollipop all ports must work (if the device is working properly - hardware).
 
@mark lob @notrui2 thanks for ur reply. earlier i installed lollipop update with help of RKBatchtool. all things working properly till date. but now all all the usb port is not working anymore. i also open the minix X8-h plus box today for check if anything burnt or any damaged to its main board but all looking good inside.

Minix Box working very well expect the usb ports. now im assuming maybe its firmware corrupted or might be its hardware is gone wrong.
i will try to reinstall firmware using Burn card maker if it usb still not works then its confirm its hardware is busted.

please guide me

@wwefan to see is it hardware or firmware problem you can rollback to KitKat and check all usb ports.Like @pushb87 said RKBatchtool is for Rockchip but as you said short time all things working properly.I know you must spend few hours to check everything.

You have to use usb burning tool again to downgrade (reflash firmware again)
It is the same process of upgrading .

Download first kit kat firmware and then reflash again.

you use USB_Burn_Tool it does not support amlogic s812 mini 8h plus anchor you see support information here https://www.amlogic.com/
 
Thanks all for ur kind reply.
Yesterday after one month i tried to check that my minix x8 box is still working or not. And surprisingly its usb is working now. I didn't update any rom or nothing done anything with the box. Don't know how it's usb ports become working now.

Happy to have this box alive now.

I have three of these boxes. Two of them I was able to update without problem. The third (actually the one bought most recently) is never recognised by the flashing software. I suspect it relates to the flash mode button activated with a paperclip. If I am correct then the alternative method using an SD card is not going to work either. Has anyone any ideas how I can force an update on this box?
