Minix neo Z83-4 Plus indicator light is red

I have a MiniX Neo Z83-4 plus. when I plug in the power supply doesn't turn on, and the indicator light turns red. I have tried to replace with another power supply, but the results are the same. Is there a solution to my problem ??

I'm also having this problem. Tries More than one power supply that all out put the correct volts and amps
