MINIX Only shows the Logo and does nothing else

Today I wanted to reinstall Windows using the tool provided by Microsoft. After some time the background went black and the computer stopped responding. Shortly thereafter, it was displayed to me that an error had occurred, but Windows had not changed anything. After that I got into the Windows boot menu. I clicked on Continue - everything went black and nothing has happened since then. When I start the computer, the fan comes on, the MINIX logo is displayed on the screen, the fan goes off and nothing else happens.

I can't get into the BIOS (I've tried all possible key combinations) and the reset button on the side doesn't work either.

Does anyone have an idea how i can fix it?

My first move would be to remove/unplug the battery shown in the picture, and then after a moment or two replace it and turn on the computer.N42 RTC battery.jpg

A traditional wired keyboard is recommended. Press the "DEL" key several times to enter the BIOS when trying to power on the device. If you can enter the BIOS. It is recommended load BIOS default, press F3 then F4.

It is recommended to try to repair the system. Press the "F9" key several times when powering on the device to enter the Windows Repair Environment (WinRE). >Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Repair.

If you still cannot enter the BIOS, the only way is to Clear CMOS. Remove/unplug the battery, then replace the battery and turn on the computer after twenty-two minutes.

You have to take one test at a time.
For example test the device using only one RAM memory module.
Please tell us if your device is original or upgraded.
Also Follow the advices mensioned above.

@gdf, I already found this idea in the forum and disconnected the battery for about 10 minutes and then tried again - without success.
@MINIX - Alex, I've tried everything with no success. I'm just stuck in the "spash screen" (?) when booting - without any reaction from the device.
@notrui, I've tried all the suggestions I've found so far individually and have already invested a few hours... ?

The device is in its original condition and was opened by me for the first time to disconnect the battery.

If you can not solve the problem my opinion is to use the warranty (if it's still within the deadline).
