Minix Stuck on "Minix Next Generation Computing"

I did a factory restore from USB and when it rebooted the Minix is stuck on the black Minix Next Generation Computing screen. I can not get to Bios or anything. I pressed the reset button located beside the antenna. Is the Minix a brick now?
 
Yes and after 15 - 20 min it rebooted and that is when it get the black Minix Next Generation Computing and I can not get to the bios and or windows. I even let it sit over noght and still same screen in morning.

Which class of USB keyboard are you using when attempting to access the BIOS? (I.e. is it wireless or wired? If the former applies, do you have a wired keyboard you can try to confirm this is not an issue specific to your wireless keyboard?)
