Minix u22 sometimes freezing when using wireless logitech keyboard

I recently bought a minix neo u22 and it works fast and perfectly. But when I connect a wireless combo keyboard+mouse, U22 starts to freeze at times. It's about LOGITECH MK470 keyboard + mouse. . Has anyone had a similar problem? And is it a hardware compatibility issue.

And there is a problem with the ENTER key on keyboard, which shows the letter Q when i typing.

But the bigger problem for me is what I wrote first.
 
I have no issues with a mouse and keyboard. Try a different USB port?

The reason the keyboard enter key is displaying a q keypress is because you're still using an on-screen keyboard. The q key is selected on screen, so 'enter' on your physical keyboard is selecting the q on screen. Set this as your keyboard and your problem will be resolved.

Re the Enter key resulting in letter Q, I had a similar problem with a Logitech K400+ wireless keyboard. This has been the case since FW004 (maybe even earlier) and issue still present in FW006A. The issue is related to the keyboard using the generic.kl file for key mapping.

There are 2 Generic.kl files included in FW006A and previous FW versions. Why, I don't know - Minix developers never responded to this issue.

1) /vendor/usr/keylayout/Generic.kl which has key 28 = DPAD_CENTER
2) /system/usr/keylayout//Generic.kl has key 28 = ENTER

I was able to resolve the issue in one of 2 ways: 1) delete the file /vendor/usr/keylayout/Generic.kl, or 2) edit /vendor/usr/keylayout/Generic.kl replacing DPAR_CENTER with ENTER for key 28. You need the ROOTED version of the firmware to do either.
 
I tried ...... but it doesn't seem to be a problem in the Logitech keyboard, because I just connected the A2 remote and after some time, the air mouse lag started and the image froze for a minute when I should have clicked the app . Is there a problem with the device or the software? The last FW is installed.

I don't have many applications installed .... just a few ....

Should I return the device to the seller? Or?
 
Please check how much your pointer speed is activated, slide the switch all the way to the right and please try again. Sometimes it helps to delete the free memory there are sometimes invisible system files from uninstalled Apk still on it. I use Secure Wipe. Has already helped with me.
This can also be used to restore external sd or USB.
 
So, this is how things goes on, I did a factory reset, and after that, my combo LOGITECH MK470 keyboard+ mouse, works perfectly. For now, I don’t know what could have caused that issue of mouse lag and keyboard freeze before. Maybe it could be the cause of the some installed apps or some wrong move in the settings, I don't know yet. but of course it is in my interest to know. For now, I install app by app to see if a problem will occur . The only app which is not installed from Play Store was Youtube Vanced and Micro G, I hope they didn’t cause the problem.

The only problem left is the ENTER key on Logitech keyboard , which has no function. Hopefully this will be solved in the following firmwares. My device is not rooted.

Before the reset, next time maybe try secure wipe first?
Please try to set the system language on your computer first and then go to Configure Keyboard Layout in the settings and try to enter your language separately. Android keyboard?
Alternatively there is the apk swiftkey should it not work.
You are not in root, but take a look at RAM Manager anyway - auto tuning is possible in unroot.
Alternatively, check out SwapnoRoot apk.
Take a look at Assistant for android apk.
Older version, has an automatic cache cleaning and autostart apk deactivation function.
System cleaner. My main memory always stays fast. I set the cache to 10min. But it also does this automatically on every standby.

One interesting thing I noticed ..... as far as I understand for now .... after installing the Facebook app .... and then I launched it and use .... after a while, the mouse froze for a moment like the keyboard .. .... Now, is it possible that the Facebook app is causing some kind of conflict with the system? ..... or something similar. After all that I uninstalled.....everything was work fine with MInix .....now I used facebook from the firefox browser ?

Has anyone had a similar problem like this?

Please see if the mouse or touch keyboard has an energy-saving function. For me, yes, my touchpad can be reactivated by pressing the spacebar twice. Or whether you can deactivate it with extra action.
If the problem persists, please check whether your WiFi is permanently connected.
If the connection is lost, the Facebook app is having trouble.

I'll check that option. I read somewhere that in some situations the connection to the USB receiver crushing in some Logitech wireless keyboards (For example in my case with my Logitech combo keyboard+mouse K470)... so I raised the USB receiver to a height with an extension cable to have a better signal .... I hope this could solve my problem ... ..almost since my apartment has a larger number of receivers at 2.4 ghz .. (remote controls, keyboards, mice, routers ... etc.) .. so there may be a conflict in connection with other devices
 
Good idea, unfortunately you didn't write in advance.
Have an active 4-port USB hub, USB wifi and receiver keyboard always have two connections between them. Can you put it further away from the PC.
If you put it right next to each other, problems can arise.
It was like that with me.
I do not recommend connecting several directly to the PC, as the connections are close together and below one another. are.
What is the effect of a BT receiver?
