I've had u9-h for abt 6months, i upgraded the kodi to leia 18.0 and to me this new to me coz i had minix 8h for ages til it died on me and was on kitkat and never had issues.
Coould i pliz get some ideas of what i could change, install, upgrade or format? Am ready to do something coz everytime i wanna watch something it gives me sources but then it says no streams, or plays then starts buffering, if i leave it long enough it starts playing but notifies me the 'process is too slow'.
Need some help, thanks.

sounds like u may be trying to play a 4k stream? try going down to a 1080p or even a 720, they should play better as a 4k is a very large file. also do ur maintenance.....Device settings>apps>APP NAME> force stop>clear cache> RESTART device. and Unplug power cord from the back of the router NOT from the wall…let it sit 2 min or more. Plug it back in and let it boot up fully then try ur device. This should be done every cpl of weeks to clean out all the JUNK it can collect.

Actually sounds more like the OP is referring to sources available from an add-on to me, rather than local sources.

@Lil' , remember that you'll always be limited by the capabilities of the remote source. Just because a source is listed as being available doesn't mean that a steady stream is guaranteed. Obviously, your own bandwidth is also a significant factor.

If you are trying to stream from a local source such as a NAS, double check your entire home network if you're experiencing speed/bandwidth related issues.

(Please don't discuss or mention non-official add-ons for Kodi on this forum. If it's an add-on freely available from the official Kodi repository then you can discuss it here or or on the Kodi forum itself.)
