Minix U9-H: Problem with video codec using Kodi 19

Hi,

I upgraded from 18.9 to Kodi 19.3. I run a Minix U9-H box (AmLogic S912 chip). With Kodi Leia the videos where decoded (amc codec) with hardware acceleration (HW). Now, with Kodi Matrix, the decoder is ffmpeg and there is no hardware acceleration, it's done by software (SW). The result is that HD videos are now stuttering.

Is it true that Kodi 19 is no longer supporting the AmLogic S912? Or maybe I have done something wrong in the upgrade?

Kind regards

Hi,
Thank you for your reply. My screen is identical to yours.
What is the decoder in use when you watch a video?

When watching a video press keyboard key O (not zero).
This will display the "Player Process Info". There you will find the "Video decoder".
Thanks

Can you try a completely fresh install if you just updated 18.9 to 19.3?
