Minix u9h drop down

Hello

Can anybody help me with a problem that I have with my minix u9h.

After an 30 :/60 min my system complete stops and go’s to the black screen with minix logo.

When I undo the power and put it back in it, the minix is starting up and all the apps are fully reinstal.

I hope some one can help,

Try a factory reset and let me now if it helps.

1.) U9 is at OFF state with a power adapter attached.
2.) U9 is attached to a display.
3.) Press and hold the power button for 6 seconds to go into recovery mode.
4.) Select Wipe data/factory reset
