Which one should I choose, NEO U9H or T5, regardless of price?

U9H comes with AirMouse.

MINIX NEO T5 = Android TV OS

Now that MINIX has an agreement with Google, as the T5 is Android TV OS. Discussions, custom roms, links, etc directed to any product other than the T5 are not permitted here!

Yes, Android TV OS is very different to Android OS.
Android OS is a much more open and flexible OS, while Android TV OS is specifically designed for TVs and it's features are limited to those intended for consuming media at home. Android OS has a much larger app store, while the Android TV Google Play Store only includes apps that are compatible with and designed exclusively for Android TV OS.

in real life no significant difference
T5 does not pass through HD audio or have AFR
