Please can you check and give me some information about the Minix I9 Metro is not responding please I hope to hear from you as soon as possible thank you. Please see below and advise me.

What firmware are you on? Have you tried rebooting it ? Does it happen all the time?

Maybe you are using a app that causes that issue.

Please give us more details, firmware used, etc.
