MINIX Warranty Claims, what is the contact number?

We purchased 21 of the MINIX NEO J50C-4 Max 8GB/240GB units from Amazon in 11/2023.

We have one that gave a blue screen error today and shut off, and now will not boot, only goes into the BIOS. It no longer can detect the 240 GB M.2 SATA SSD drive in the BIOS. The drive does not get detected in other units either, and appears to have died with a solid RED LED. Since these units are only 2 months old, they should be under warranty. We need to figure out how to get the SSD replaced under warranty. This has to be done by manufacturer since it is outside of the Amazon 30 day return window. We have no contact details besides and email and this forum, we are looking for a phone number to setup an RMA for the failed SSD.

Thanks, I will try using the form - I already sent one to the support email. I was hoping for a phone number but I have found nothing except a sales number.
