@Ralf, apparently this forum is not going to change its rules to comply with your or my demands. Industrial products are not going to be discussed in this forum, the same as vaccum cleaners and kitchen mixers won't, it is not a question of the make, although being a Minix, it still is out of the subject of this forum. Besides, we are not allowed to point you in the direction of comercial solutions to guide you, and therefore I can only suggest that you do what I did, open your web browser and type "Minix Industrial" at the search bar. Depending on your residence zone I am sure the results you will find will match your needs.

You'd have to ask "MiniPC-Shop.eu" why they put a link to the MINIX forum on their website @Ralf!!!! It's their responsibility, NOT MINIX.
They also include the direct support email for MINIX support just above the forum address. As previously suggested, try using it if you need support for a Neo X39.
MINIX made it abundantly clear some months ago that the Neo X39 would not be sold as a consumer device & it's intended purely for commercial/industrial use. As such, it's not intended to be sold to consumers & this forum is for consumer devices only.
When did you purchase your X39? You could consider returning it to your point of retail & wait for one of the new MINIX devices expected to be released very soon.
A word of advice, the sarcasm & attitude isn't going to get you any closer to the answers you seek

For the moment i use the u9h with touchscreen and benq beamer..i need device with 2video outputs,need usb 3...4gb ram not bad for kodi! And i need android ,so the new android device how comes out don't have this ,so i don't have the choice if i will continue with minix (have 8h plus,u9h) the x39 have all i need,so i will buy it ,and 180€ is a god price for this specs (i pay the u9h 160€)
No need more cpu power......i can look all video files with u9h....need more ram for use kodi corectly ,need usb3 for look movies directly from hard disk (mkv...) need 2video outputs for touchscreen +beamer +tv ,need android for simple user expérience without instal drivers,virus ....(windows)

I dont need support for the x39 ,i need forum for speak about it with other users.(as i see i'am not the only one how gona buy the x39)..you missunderstand me
It's just a request to have a small place on the forum for the x39users ,because as i see ,every time how a peopel open thread about x39 the thread is close.

You've mentioned that you want the X39 for use with Kodi but you may end up with even more problems (& complaints) trying to use a device that's intended for commercial use only. MINIX removed the X39 as a consumer device for good reason & it's important you understand this before you go ahead with a purchase!!
It's entirely up to you if you still continue on with this knowledge but you have been forewarned & you now know the X39 cannot be discussed on these forums. (We can't tell you what to do but there are other forums that you could Google should you ignore these warnings
.)I understand you'd like dual display outputs for your TV & touchscreen, would an HDMI matrix or splitter work for that purpose with a U9-H or a U22-XJ? There's not much detail but you could try PM'ing the OP of that thread directly for more information or create a new thread asking if a matrix/splitter would work with a U9-H, etc.
Lastly, don't be surprised if a moderator/admin closes or completely removes this thread soon as well

Splitter work without problemes on u9h 'that's what i use but problemes with beamer if using splitter......thank you for forewarned me ,i am not a normal android box user ,touchscreen ,digital rec console for rec instruments and voice recording... I make things with the u9 that nobody makes (as i see in the forum) for me the x39 is best solution, i gona buy it ..you can close the thread,i will give my impression about the x39later thank you all
