The x68i is non-commercial version as far as I now, please contact you supplier, you supplier should be able to provide a FW if there is one..

As mentioned above, X68-i is not intended for the consumer market.
Firmware support for this model should come directly from the distributor/reseller you purchased from.
Technical support should also come directly from the distributor/reseller you purchased from.
We do not provide support for any of our commercial/digital signage models on the MINIX Forum.
Hi - We sell a lot of x68i units for digital signage, the latest batch have a sticker on them linking to this forum.
Two questions:
- When the units lose LAN/Ethernet connection they do not reconnect. This causes a lot of the players to stay offline which is not good.
- Is there a firmware update available?

Then why is there a sticker for this forum on the back of the unit?
Also is there a fix for the ethernet question?
