Short story, I was having an issue with a usb hub that was not being detected. Me in my infinite wisdom thought it would be a smart idea to just remove the usb driver but with it being late and me tired im not sure what i disabled/deleted in there but i have no network "wired/wireless" or any usb past bios or windows recovery. When i get into command prompt from the recovery it shows my usb 10/100 has issues (code 18). I can restart the driver and its all fine until i try to reboot back into windows where its the same story.
