Mouse Swipe Problem

Hi, I have upgraded to a NEO U9_H but I am having a problem with two apps, Google Chrome browser and Amazon Shopping, neither app will use mouse swipe, it simply selects, not swipes the page up or down.
Interestingly both apps work perfectly on my NEO X8-H and NEO U1.
I have found that if I roll-back updates on Chrome to the installed version it swipes fine, but when updated it stops working.
Has anyone else found this problem, and does anyone have any suggestions please?

There are several issues with newer versions of Chrome with the U9-H that have been since long ago debated here at the forum. Also the video playing in full screen gets troublesome with a large green area covering most of the screen.

To avoid all that it is advisable to keep Chrome in the Minix factory version and install a concurrent web browser should you think you require some up to date improvements that newer versions of Chrome might not comply with.
