Hello
1. which are must have apps from play store to your NEO U9-H
2. is it possible to delete any movie from NAS, which I already seen via KODI, not via PC ?
3. do you suggest any other launcher or original is the best for your NEO U9-H ?

Nova Launcher, FX File Explorer, Speedtest all free
 
I believe Nova Launcher Prime is currently on offer for a dollar. May be a regional offer!

I purchased it a while back for only 10 cents (€)

Offer is 59 pence in the UK, however free version has all the functionality I need

I uninstalled this because it kept insisting that the USB hard drive had just been plugged in, interrupting the stream I was watching, and asking if I wanted to open ESFE every time (it thought) the disk was plugged in. There was no "don't ask me again" box to click, so I made it "not ask again" the hard way.

For a good file manager try the Asus file manager: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.asus.filemanager Works like a dream, compatible with many cloud services, samba compatible.

Mmmmm, don't have that issue on any of my boxes and I have a lot, Shield 2017, various Minix, H96, T95Z+, Qbox, Meccols, Sony Android TV.... the list goes on.

Which box, OS, USB device are you using?

When I was looking for an ES File Explorer replacement one I tried was the Asus, but I preferred the FX File Explorer

Minix U9-H, latest version of everything, a fairly old LaCie 1Tb hard drive. The hard drive is not a problem, every time I access it, it's online waiting.

I had issues with ESFE on my previous U1 too, uninstalled it there too, also my Galaxy S4 a few years ago. Shame, it was a great app that went badly wrong.

Didn't try that one. Liked the Asus for how smoothly it runs and its easy access to NAS and Windows networks. Swings and roundabouts as they say.

FX file explorer works fine here too. One of the best. Never had any issue with it.
 
For those who want an ATV expérience on regular android, try ATV launcher.

I settled for that one since I was tired of NOVA not looking like an actual atv launcher (icon logos, etc.). That’s my 2 cents :p
