My box isn't working

For the problem of a fault or a black screen after updating the v007 firmware, i have notified the engineers, they will analyze and deal with the problem of a black sreen when updating the v007 firmware.
But the mainland colleagures are on the National Day holiday. it needs to be dealt with after they go to work.
If during V007_20210923 firmware upgrade process, unfortunately a black screen occur, it is recommended to reinstall firmware v006 again.

Please note, manually installing the firmware will erase all saved data, content and settings on the NEO U22-XJ.

Where is thé official anoncement and bugtracker...from firmware 07?
As i Know in thé past it was every Time : dont instal the firmware before its official anonced/ out with bugtracker....
Did thé users have to anonced the official out from the Fw and make themself a bugtracker ???????
