Need some additional troubleshooting guidance - NEO Z83-4 PLUS V2

Howdy:

My NEO Z83-4 PLUS V2 had been working pretty well. The power got cut off several times (not my fault!), and after the most recent event, it boots up to the EFI Shell.

I've gone through most of the recovery threads on this forum to no avail. Downloaded Z83-4_Pro(&Z83-4_Plus)-Win10_Pro_1903-20190925, tried to install using several USB drives (haven't tried the stand alone HDD as was suggested). Disconnected the battery. Held in the button by the antenna, etc., etc.

I've gotten various results, but none of them bring my system back. My hope is that it's just something simple that I'm missing.

Sometimes I get the BSOD with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error, sometimes I get the red screen (attached #1). Sometimes it just hangs at the MINIX splash screen.

If I boot to the EFI Shell with no USB thumb drive plugged in, this is what I see (attached #2)? What is this telling me? Shouldn't there be some internal storage shown? Did I fry the eMMC?

Halp!

Enter the BIOS and find: (BOOT tab)

1-Boot options priority:
enter boot option 1 and select windows boot manager

2-Go to Save and exit tab:
Save changes and exit

Note:
I don't have this particular device but the BIOS settings should be similar.

Hi notrui:

Thanks for the response! I was hoping that I just missed seeing the option for selecting windows boot manager, but I'm pretty sure this BIOS doesn't have it. Or maybe I don't have the USB with the install image set up right. Or maybe I just busted it. I still hope it's something simple that I am missing.

Anyone else have some ideas? See below for the boot options with and without the USB Windows10 Pro install plugged into the USB3 port.

USB boot options: (BIOS)
-with usb inserted and no usb inserted seems to be working, recognized on the BIOS (when usb is inserted).

I advice you:
1-be sure you have one working usb pen drive and that it boots fine (with of course the OS)
2-put your BIOS with default settings , save and exit.
3-after that if (option above 1 and 2) are working:
Reboot the device and press f11 (boot from USB ) and install the OS (boot device menu must appear)
No need to enter BIOS again to install the OS.
4-after installing the OS remove the usb pen drive and let the MINIX boot from eMMC.

Notes:
-Be sure your pen drive is working well and it boots fine.
-test the eMMC (with the installation and after the installation)
-MINIX firmware is here (despite being old...)

Hi Notrui. Thanks for the additional follow-up. Still no luck. Still can't get beyond the red screen in the previous post, or the blue screen of death, which I will attach now just for the heck of it. I hope it's just something silly I am missing. And I need to get me some EFI shell skills.
