Neo A1 keyboard stopped working

I presume this is a driver issue due to an update to Windows, but my A1 no longer functions as a keyboard. As far as I can tell all the mouse functionality is there, but none of the keyboard buttons work. Can I get a new driver to install, or how can I fix this otherwise?
 
Test the A1 keyboard on another PC, android device...
Check also the batteries.
If the keyboard does not work well on another PC then maybe your A1 has hardware problems.

We do not have any driver updates available for NEO A1. We stopped producing NEO A1 remote in 2013.
