NEO-C not connecting HDMI correctly

Hi there,

Bought the hub circa 6 months ago - everything else works fine but I'm able to very rarely get a dual screen (either mirrored or extended dektop) setup working via HDMI. Connecting to a 2016 MacBook Pro running Catalina 10.15.6. Ran with and without charging cable in the hub, various levels of battery etc to see if it's that. To be honest, it's the primary reason I've bought the hub.

Any possible solutions? I know it's not broken per se because it does connect on a rare occasion, but I would say maybe 5-10% of the time. About another 20% of the time, the Macbook will 'change' visually as I'd expect when connected to a second display but nothing will show up on the second screen. Have tried multiple displays, multiple HDMI cables.

Please email our customer support team - support@minix.com.hk - and send them a copy of your original invoice/receipt.
They will then help to fulfill the warranty policy and replace the adapter ASAP.

Unfortunately I don’t have this - moved country between purchasing and now- so I guess I’m stuck with it? I know where I bought it but yeah unfortunately was in-store and no receipt.

I suggest contacting our customer support team and discussing available options if you're unable to verify the product is still within its warranty period.
