NEO N42C-4 no display and possibly bricked

Hi,
I desperately need help. My mini pc is bricked with the following symptoms.

1) When I plug it in power, it lights up, the blue led is on, the fans spins, but no display at all. It gives the impression that's its on nothing is displayed.
2) I tried with HDMI and via USB C display but nothing.
3) When I press and hold the power button for a long time it does switch off.
4) I pinned the reset button and tried rebooting etc but not luck.
5) I opened it and disconnected the bios battery, left it some time and reconnect but still nothing.

Anybody has a clue of what I can do next?

For clarification, you can't even get the initial splash screen or the BIOS to display, (let alone Windows)?

Have you tried another HDMI cable? (I realise USB C doesn't appear to work either but cover your bases before labelling the device as bricked.)

Do you also have another TV/monitor you can run a test with?

Have you made any system changes recently such as a BIOS setting or any Win, or driver updates?
