NEO U1 and Sky Go

HI, recently installed Sky Go on my NEO U1. I can receive all channels with no issues with quality or performance. The issue that I have is scrolling Sky Go menu using the Minix A2 Lite keyboard/mouse. This seems not to work as it should with you not being able to highlight a channel and then scroll down.
I wonder if anyone else has experienced this problem.

How are you trying to scroll?

Just pressing the down button, or pressing & holding the main/enter button whilst moving the remote up/down?

Are both methods failing?
