NEO U1 doesn't see external hard disk

Hi,
I got a problem, my notebook become useless, but the hard disk is fine, I can see it connecting it via usb to another pc. But if I try to do the same connecting it via usb to the NeoU1 it simply doesn't work, it doesn't get seen at all. On the hard disk there's the Windows 10 installed and all my files. What I can do?

why do you want to connect it to the minix when you can see it in another PC ?
what are you trying to achieve ?
