Neo U1, NEED HELP!!!. Please

Hi I have a Neo U1, it was stuck in a boot loop so I flashed it with the latest firmware version with burning tool and it finished with the burning successfully and as per instruction I waited for box to load on first boot but it seems that it still won't load or atleast It's not showing up on my tv I get the Minix logo then dark screen or logo stays up. I have tried to flash a few times including with different FW version even tryed mod'd Fw with no luck.. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or have any ideas how I can get my box up and running.. I am stumped and in need of some HELP,, PLEASE....

Hello.
Try this:
Turn off everything you have connect to u1:
Hdmi cable, external hdd, power cable etc.

And let the device "rest" for a time
Then after a minutes turn just hdmi cable and power cable and test.

If that dont work i think it is better to contact support as @Villa said, since you already flash with different ROMS.

With that said it is better if you flash the device with official firmware and stay with that (for now):

Every time I've re-flashed a MINIX device it never starts up on the first boot!!! Simply pull the power cord & start it up again, then it should run normally :).

If you're still stuck after that, follow @Skynet 's previous advise ;).

Hi.
I had your problem before and now i guess i know how to solve it.

I do this:
-Normaly when i flash the device with only usb cable (or just with more hdmi cable) connected to a desktop (power cable is not needed to flash)

If i do this then is just plug power cable and the device boots well at first boot :) (it take more to boot because it is the first boot but it is normal)

I've left the devices running for an hour after a fresh flash to see if it's an elongated first run issue but still no change. All I've ever got is the initial Android flash screen & the MINIX loading screen, they just hang there every time on first run. Pull the power cord & restart, they boot up instantly & run normally from there onwards :).

Ultimately, however, we'll need to wait for the OP to post back as to their circumstances. Everything else is just conjecture until they do ;).

Yes.
I was just saying that i now dont use power cable connected to flash a device and it is been working well :)

We have to wait for feedback.
