I have a Neo U1 that keeps going blank and back on. Its like flashing on and off randomly at no specific timing. I noticed that it had an upgrade file from 2017 so I upgraded hoping that would fix the issue but unfortunately, it did not. It changed the home screen display but did nothing for the on and off. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried another proven HDMI cable?
Is your U1 connected directly to a TV or via anything like an AVR, soundbar, or HDMI switch/matrix, etc.?
My apologies but I was off site for some time. It is connected directly to the TV. I tried it on different TVs, using different HDMI cables, different AC converters. different wifi and at different homes. I also have a Neo X7 but I no longer use that so I used the AC converter. I was thinking of doing a factory reset and reload the latest software but I haven't loaded using the burner for quite some time. If I could load using OTA, then that would be great. Thanks.
