But Minix aren't the author of X-plore, so they can't fix it. It's only pre-installed for user's convenience, it doesn't come with any guarantee from Minix. If you have issues with X-plore, you need to raise them with the author. Again, only way to be sure is to try a different app and see if the exact same problem occurs.
