Movie Player do not support 7.1 channels surround sound.

if this is the latest version why does mine show as V005_20200826??

V005_20200826 is correct.

You only need to be concerned if the date you have is older.

The date discrepancy is due to there having been an OTA issue when it was first released.

the date? where do i look for that and what SHOULD it be?

i see an android security patch level date is august 5 2018
 
I ended up completely removing V.005 and going back to V.004! The update slowly completely crashe my box. Started off losing the mouse ability, then HDMI problems, finally couldn't find my household wifi. So went back, no probs "So Far"
 
After updating I see no improvements. It still conflicts with my remotes unless I remove the HDMI cable from the unit. The mouse still has some issues. So it seems some items might have not been fixed or it just might be my TV unit. I had no problems with my UH9
 
Hello ,no gyroscope fonction with minix a3 on the u22xj ,i test different games ,and make gyroscope test , the test Say no gyroscope ,Works with u9h
