NEO U22-XJ: 005FW (20200826) - Bugtracker [OTA Now Available]

Still not possible to disable audio via HDMI to TV when audio is routed through SPDIF to an AVR, both transmit the audio simultaneously.

Having 2 of these seems redundant as they are meant to serve the same purpose - generic key mapping for standard PC style external keyboard. Both myself and others have had to edit file 1 (which has priority) to map key 28 to ENTER.

As a resolution to this issue, I would like to suggest that the file "/vendor/usr/keylayout/Generic.kl" be removed in the next FW release. The file in /system would be used, thus providing a correct generic mapping for key 28 = ENTER.

Hello ... Finally I was able to use MINIX u22 ... Solved to the big fake hdmi ... Sky go works fine .... Another small problem .... Bein sport the video does not start ... It remains black .. . For the rest everything ok ..... Thanks as always MINIX ... Who knows how to wait will be rewarded

Well I've waited about 4 months for Minix to fix an audio bug, I haven't been rewarded yet!

You have to be patient ... Even my 1200 euro TV has defects and still receives updates .... In recent months I have made do with my u9 because for my use there were problems .... I hope and believe that we will be everyone satisfied
 
Furthermore, video orange tv fr does not start ... And I can't install bt sport .... On u9 everything works very well

It still blocks my soundbar (Q90 QLED is connected via ARC to Q90 Soundbar, Minix is connected to Soundbar). As long as the Minix is not turned on, the soundbar is useless with the TV, CEC cannot turn on the soundbar, the soundbar doesn't sound. And the MINIX cannot be turned on - only with his own remote. The only CEC-like function working is that the MINIX can power off every connected devices.

It seems to have been partially solved only.

Prior to 005 the U22 was blocking my TV, AVR & any connected devices from communicating at all if the U22 was powered down & connected to the AVR.

My other HDMI devices now work fine, & my TV & AVR can successfully communicate again but the U22 is still blocking ARC audio from working with apps on my TV.

Still needs more attention to fix this issue outright but it's headed in the right direction at least.

I had no trouble downloading and installing the new firmware on 08/29, but cannot find the "Fake HDMI" feature or switch to try it. I am in Australia and want to see if it works with Foxtel Go, which is just like the UK's SkyGo system.

Hang on! Is the Fake HDMI permanently on? No switching system involved?

It still blocks my devices... I cannot use my Soundbar until I don't turn on the MINIX. As long as it's connected to the setup via HDMI it messes up my whole setup.
