HD audio issues
Wallpaper issue (allways zoom)
Logitech keymapping issue (enter Key)
Minix a3 airmouse issues (Google)
Analog audio out issue (not work correctly)

Put out all explorer from the room (not work,need to instal other ,now i have 4 explorer ??,the other 3 take place for nothing..)
Touchscreen driver missing.....

I Hope that minix not wait to fix the HD audio issues before bring out New firmware because this Can take a long Time...
some peopel wait for fixing the other "basic" issus...
For me thé HD audio issues are not priority
The most peopel how use movies with nass/HDD use Kodi or coreelec or libreelec...to have mediadata for the files,the HD audio works ...

Do you have to correct here first, the android Kodi version does not work, HD audio, otherwise it is not asked for, and libreelec does not work at all on this chip. If you post something, do it right with the right information .....

I use coreelec and it works (coreelec is for amlogic)
Libreelec is example it works on rk boxes (i have also rk minix box)....
For the moment there are other things more important as the HD audio issue
Dont turn my message like you want to give me "Bad answer"

  2. MINIX box seems to mess up my CEC setup.
    When the MINIX is not attached (through HDMI), I can turn on the TV, and the Hometheater set goes on automatically.
    And when I turn off the TV, the home theater set turns off.
    But when I hook up the MINIX (and it is off), the home theater does not switch on anymore when it switch on the TV.
    Only if the MINIX is on does the normal CEC behaviour return. (looks like MINIX then functions as a go through...
    This happens weather or not CEC is enabled on the MINIX.

I've got the same/similiar problem as described in 2.
If the Minix is off, there is no sound on the hometheater.
If the Minix ist off, but the HDMI-Cable is not pluged in, there is sound on the hometheater.

Devices: LG C9 TV and LG Hometheater

If you turn the U22 back on, does the audio or ARC functionality then return to your LG audio equipment & other devices?

It may help the devs working these HDMI CEC/ARC issues if you also specify the exact model of your LG audio equipment too.

Some models of AVRs or soundbars from some manufacturers seem to function normally while unfortunately others just don't. Knowing which models do experience the CEC/ARC problems may help to track down what they may have in common that could be contributing :).

Yes, if I turn the U22 back on, the ARC is OK.
The LG Hometheater is a 3D Blu-Ray Home Cinema Model BH7420P

Can confirm I am also having this problem. Maybe just since last update?? I have a TCL TV.

Its a bad bug, because when it goes black, it causes the audio to make a loud crackle at full volume, so I am no longer comfortable using home theatre speakers with U22 anymore.

Happens most frequently when playing video in Kodi. But there also seems to be some minor blipping even at the home screen.

This problem does not occur with Coreelec, but Coreelec is buggy and slow too, so...

Going to do another reset and see if it fixes it. Maybe try disable Dolby vision if that doesn't work...

Coreelec: -when it works it's great but when it doesn't it will just hang for 20 mins, 30 mins, 40 mins, etc, until I pull the power plug. I've had to pull the plug 20 times.
-worse than that: Video has green and pink hue when using hardware acceleration (am-h264). Which is weird because this is the identical reason I had to ditch my U1, and I know it's not my cables or TV. The green hues also very occasionaly creep up U22 in Android, but a restart or software accel. always fixes it there at least. Seems like AMLOGIC is always the common denominator.

I would try a good sd card, but for me really just hoping MINIX gets the Autoframerate issue solved, and hopefully at the same time the video blipping problem magically fixes itself. HD audio passthrough would be pretty important to me as well except currently using 2.1 so its moot.

Anyway I seem to have bad luck with AMLOGIC. Maybe HTPC or minipc (MINIX?) is the way to go next time.

well then you are either, unlucky, have some incompatibilty issues with your components , or have some settings wrong somewhere as Coreelec works flawless for me with the U22.
No video issues, AFR works fine, HD audio passthrough works fine...all an a range of different codecs( h264/265 included)

Same here it work juste perfect ,maybe there could be a différence between using sd card or USB 3 stick in "réaction Time speed" from the coreelec interface, this is possible (i dont know the "play speed" from sd card player....but all in all coreelec work great with the u22xj ,we can clearly see the différence by using RSS Flux how is "stuttering" with u9h....the more power from the u22xj gives thé possibility to more personalizing thé interface coreelec/Kodi without stuttering in using ...great ?

As you can see in my coreelec démonstration vidéo with u22xj i have personalizing a lot in interface , RSS Flux ,Backround pictures with automatic zoom, Home made weather GIF as wallpaper in weather section....i also start snow and tree leaves animation....and start all possible "bling bling" ..for try to make thé device crash or stuttering..no way .all work perfect...

PS:
There is also better color..more fluid...in thé music animations with Goom compared to thé u9h ...thé power from the Mali G52 mp4 ?

Thé skin is Aeon Nox silvo with color silvo (you need to chose thé color in settings)....(thé skin thème is in coreelec..,no need to side download thé skin thème)

I already knew but i always use kodi default skin (it is enough for me, i like it and i don´t have any problems...)

Only with Kodi ,not with coreelec !
Kodi is app and when you lounch it there Is Android how eat also RAM + CPU in Backround ,you can see it in Kodi settings you have nothing in Kodi (fresh instal) but the" half " from ram is away and CPU turn "high" but nothing is playing...

With coreelec you have all ram and cpu is not turning "high" (normal, its os and not app) so all " ressources" are full avaible
This make a Big différence if you want personalizing thé interface ....in my coreelec vidéo you can see how many ram is using and thé cpu speed ..with the skin.. nothing compared to Kodi, so you can personalizing thé interface without problèmes...if i make thé same skin in Kodi its other History ,CPU turn very high and 3/4 from ram is out without playing vidéo...

Those things all work, just the hardware acceleration problem there. Again that's Coreelec though, so probably not the right thread.

MINIX stock firmware is more what I care about. Any idea when the next update is ckmg

My bad, it was definitely my USB causing problems. Using Coreelec SD card now and is so far working perfect. Thanks guys!
