NEO U22-XJ: Activating Location Services

Location Enabling:

I'm not able to permanently enable Location in Settings->Security & Location.

I can enable the slider, but it keeps disabling itself.

Strange as it might seem, try the following:
Run a map app, or go into Google Maps on a browser. The app or the browser will ask for your permission to get location. You should allow it. You will then find this toggle can be enabled or disabled.
