NEO U22-XJ Rebooting Constantly

Picked up a new NEO U22-XJ three months ago and it's been working perfectly. Today, it's started to reboot on it's own, runs fine for about 10min and then reboots again, same thing over and over. Hard re-set doesn't change anything.
Seems like it didn't grab the latest firmware update correctly. My current firmware version is 20200430-V003_20200403-1647. New firmware version to download is 20210203-V006a_20210203-1459
The new firmware seems to download ok but the install seems to lock the box with a black screen and everything just hangs there. A hard reboot states an update error and allows me to go the home screen and then the rebooting over and over begins again.
Not sure what to do next, HELP!!!
 
After a few attempts, was able to manually flash the firmware successfully. Now the box will power up (blue light) but nothing on the screen and unresponsive.

A reset using the recovery hole button and power button does absolutely nothing.

What are my next steps now? Getting very frustrated..................................................
