Hello, i have the minix neo u9-h with the 7.1.2 android and i have a bluetooth problem. I have a online dart and it connect per bluetooth to the minix automatic, so i must no pair first. So the dart connect to the minix and after few minutes it disconnect and reconnect as quickly. On a china box the dart don’t do it but this box is to slow. What can be the problem with the bluetooth?

So i tried to return to the last release from minix android 6, there i can not connect at all, the other firmware 7.1.2 works to connect but lose connection every few minutes an then reconnect et so on. I tried all steps, delete cache an an an, but nothing helps. Can it be that the bluetooth of the minix is to old for this?

That is odd. We have not had many records of Bluetooth issues. The box has Bluetooth 4.1.

All I can think about is to recommend that you check if the box aerial is well attached and the box is placed not very far from the other device, I would say that a range not greater than 4 meters should be best.

The range is about 30cm from the device. No idea what’s the problem is.

Have you tried pairing some other Bluetooth devices such as keyboards, mouse, headphones, etc.?

Are they constantly dropping out too? (Is it a Bluetooth dartboard you're having these issues with? You haven't exactly been 100% clear on that!!)

Yes i tried a bluetooth mouse with no problem. It’s just the dartboard with this problem from connect, disconnect, reconnect ... it is a board from grandarts that must not be paired first, you must launch the app granboard an this app make the connection to the board. They have 3 channels to connect de board but nothing works. All the 3 channels are the same problem.

Yes i tried all these steps but nothing helps. I tried 3 different boxes, the mi box s works but the box itself is to slow and the transpeed 6k and this is to slow to to run the app with webcam. The minix was great just the issue with the bluetooth. Strange thing.

I guess if you're completely stuck & the U9-H is still the best/fastest option to the other devices other than this odd Bluetooth behaviour - you could possibly look into a simple Bluetooth adapter to connect to the U9-H (lower latency & improved BT version), & then connect the dartboard via the adapter instead (???).

Fully research the feasibility of that yourself before making any purchases though as I'm just thinking out loud for a potential alternative if there's just no other way to resolve the current dropouts ;)!! (I have no idea if that would/could even be a functional option in all honesty!! Might be worth looking into though (??)).

Thanks, this solution i tried out but it do not work, i can not see the dongle in settings, or i have done something wrong. I put it on the otg port but nothing. From the dart board manufacturer i received no answers and from minix i received no answer to about this strange thing. What i don’t understand is the switching from connect, disconnect, connect and so on. All other bluetooth things works fine. ???

Perhaps it's something to do with the not pairing part that the U9-H struggles with???

Have you tried actually pairing with a U9-H despite what the gran-dart instructions say to see if that works or not?

Yes i tried this to. No chance to connect manualy. The show me the granboard but won’t connect. Today i will receive a new box with a bigger processor, so i will sell my minix for 50€ and that’s it. Thanks a lot for your support. ??
