NEO U9-H: Factory Reset

Follow the below steps to factory reset your NEO U9-H:

1. Power off your NEO U9-H [keep the power supply and display connected].
2. Press and hold the power button for approx. 6 seconds until the unit goes into recovery mode.
3. Select 'Wipe data/factory reset'
 
I would probably need to hard reset it. How doI achieve this? Pressing the button underneath while off and then powering on does not lead me to anything.

mine just went the sameway only logo appears then blank screen i have tried power reset does not work ,changed psu, twice no joy and swapped hdmi no luck there tried factory pin reset nothing is it now a door step :(

and if you just let it power up normally...what happens ?

thats not quite what I asked ......can you get a connection with the USB burn tool ...you dont need to have the HDMI connected to see the TV screen

im not denying it maybe a dead duck but you should try all avenues ;)
