Hi, I turned on my box and it loads as normal but then goes to the wallpaper screen and I can't go any further ! Any help please

Which launcher are you using? (MINIX Metro or a standardised Android launcher?)
Try pulling the power cord from the rear or turning the device off at the wall, & then reboot.
If this fails & you're still completely stuck you may have to factory reset. (Hold the power button for 6 seconds & choose factory reset.)
Let us know how you get on or anything else you may have tried if you'd rather not attempt the factory reset just yet

None of the above working, even the holding power for 6 seconds. All im getting is the screen starts with the minix slowly flashing then it tells me the apps are starting and then its onto the wallpaper screen and no move after that !

So the power button works to turn the unit on but doesn't respond when you press & hold for 6 seconds at startup?
I had the same issue. I unplugged the box for a few minutes. Plugged it back in.....held the power button in until a yellow menu appeared.....used the remote to scroll down and clicked on " clear cache"
This took a few seconds and "cache cleared " appeared in white text below the yellow menu.
Scrolled back up the yellow on screen menu to ," reboot" and everything worked and speeded up my minix processor as well.
