neo u9-h-sound doesn't match video

hi there! when i'm watching series, the sound doesn´t match the video. appears erliear than the mouth of the actors. in my venz box, i stop the video, begin again and it starts to match. in my minix this doesn´t fix the problem. Can you help me please. i bought the box yesterday, and it says it is updated. thanks in advance

If you are watching a video from a stream, it is probably the link that is at fault and not your box. I occasionally get the same issue on a movie app.

All I do is click the back button and try a different stream.

Try it and see.
