Neo U9-H stopped working

Hi all
I’ve my minix neo U9-H for approx 2 years.
today it has stopped working.
The blue LED will flick on once I press the power button on the side and then goes out. I have checked to see if it’s a dodgy connection on the input jack/power adapter but it’s not that as the blue light doesn’t flick on and off when moving the power lead/ jack. Any ideas before I take apart the box? :D

Ok so I don’t have another power lead the same as that one but I do have an old x96 box that takes that power lead.
I tried that and the x96 powers up no probs.

scratch that looks like it could be the power lead, at the adapter end, where it goes from a two pin (spring loaded push pin things) to a three pin.
