Excuse me, I expressed myself badly.
I wanted to know if it's a beta version or not.

Thank you
TBH I don't know what happened with this FW version. I don't know how much development it had. It may well have been a Beta but as the device is so old now it has been left as an official release with no further development.

Did anyone try this firmware version? How does it work?
Is it diferent from the beta version released in July 2017? If so, did it solve any of the isues of the beta version?
Thanks

Thank You for your reply. I've figured out already that that this firmware was built on 06-09-2017. My question is if you ave any information about changes that could have been made since the beta firmware that was released on July 2017.

I would like to hear form anyone that as flashed it. How is it working?

I would also like to ask you if it is possible to upgrade the android 5.1 beta version using the update app (SD card method).

Thank you in advance.

You need to follow the PC manual installation method found at the top of this thread.

USB Burning tool v2.0.9 getting the parse fail error, I tried several times flash this image!!!
That normally means that that file is corrupted or broken somehow, any ideas?

Thanks for restoring my Minix X6 to working status with This 5.1.1 load. I had been using the beta version for the past 6 months and my box became very unstable and slow. This seems to have improved the stability though apps still seem to crash frequently the Released image is faster than the beta was.

- First question: I had to search for the USB Burning Tool 2.0.9 tool from a different Minix image. Was this an okay work around? I had older USB Burn tools but wanted to follow the instructions specifically.
- Second question: Everything seemed to work except I needed to manually reset my device to factory settings afterward since every app I tried seemed to fail after the update. (Probably, is a safe method to recover from a BETA 5.1 version.) Is this the expected behavior after the update?
- Third question: It seems like this Image seems to be detected as a mobile device such as a phone. I'm not sure if this is intentional or an oversight. The Google Play store seems to install the phone version of some apps that I've had to find the .APK file and side load the correct version.
- Fourth question: I haven't been able to find a Netflix .APK that is working with this load. The Google Play store isn't showing any supported version either. Can someone provide feedback how they overcame this issue? What version did you load?

Thanks...

Found Solution to question 4.

I have two Minix boxes I would like to upgrade to 5.1, an Neo X6 and 8H+. I thought I would start with the X6 first as a test but the link for the PDF guide does not seem to be working. Is the instructions for the X6 the same as the instructions for the 8H?

I followed the instructions for the 8H and it worked very nicely.

Thank you

Bom Dia Fábio Soma. Provavelmente estás a usar um cabo usb que não tem a componente de dados. Tenta utilizar o cabo original da Box Minix.

You are probably using a usb cable that doesn't suport data. Try de original usb cable that comes with the minix box.
