Pull power cable and let the box stay off for a time.
Read again and other information you may find and When you 100% sure follow the steps and then try again, be persistent.

Again, leave the NAND short circuit off the equation for now.

Can you help me to find out specific u-boot.bin for Neo 8H-plus?? The firmwares i found missing uboot, nd probably this will be crucial file for success to go in recovery menu with above method.
 
I tried every thing, but unable to get into recovery menu, screen remains black, no signal/response.
Tried windows 8, 8.1 and 10 with hope for usb burning tool, but box was not detected.
Tried above method but no luck. ( not able to find stock firmware with U boot.bin and other necessary files)
Give Up.
