Please read upgrade guidance before upgrading

Changelog：
1. Removed SATA support. Only PCIe is available on this version. If you want to use SATA a M.2 converter is needed.
2. Fixed the bug that USB still with power when it is in S5 state.

Hi,

Just wanted say that I'm running the AD0J0.191.bin but I'm unable to get S5 USB wake to work.

- USB wake is enabled
- Support for S5 USB wake is enabled
- Using Flirc Receiver with Skip 1 s remote

Is there something I'm missing or is the bug still there?

This is the right logic. There is no power on USB in S5,so you can't wake up it by USB devices.

Well actually there is power as I haven't enabled S5 deep sleep option.

And if this is the expected behavior then I find the bios options quite miss leading.

This BIOS update would not work for me. The batch file would cause a reboot before flashing. When running the command manually in a command prompt as an administrator in order to see what the error was, the output was:

Reading flash ...................... Done
- ME Data Size Checking ............ Pass
- FFS Checksums .................... Pass
- Check RomLayout .................. Pass
bb - Error: Rom image layout detected Rom Hole is redesigned.

Instead of using the batch file, within the command prompt instead of:
AFUWIN.exe AD0J0.191.BIN /ME /P /B /N /X /R
I used:
AFUWINx64.exe AD0J0.191.BIN /ME /P /B /N /L /X /R
This then worked fine. Don't know why the 64 bit version and the /L fixed it.
Then I manually typed when everything had finished:
shutdown -r -t 5

It upgraded the bios fine.

Hi Jackdaw

Thanks for share your experience. I have downloaded and checked this Bios again.I couldn't repeat the problem,could you tell me what is original version of Bios?

-/L means Program all ROM Holes
 
It was brand new last week from Amazon in the UK and I had just booted into Windows. I wanted to back up the Windows 11 key and update the bios before installing Ubuntu Server. I didn't write the number down but I'm almost sure it was AD0J0161. It definitely had a six in the version number.

I should add that it is running prefectly fine having flashed the AD0J0191 bios.
 
Hi, are you able to assist / advise please. I am on FW 161 on my Z100 as supplied from new, and wanted to upgrade to the latest 211. The instructions say to go to 191 first.

I tried flashing using the UEFI method. Disabled ME State as per instruction. I also tried to reset BIOS parameters to default apart from ME state.

I get this error, I also tried the combination of parameters mentioned above and got a different error. How can I flash it? The system is running Proxmox so I cannot try the windows method...
