NEO Z64-W10 stuttering video

Hello everybody and thank you for reading my problem,

I use my NEO Z64-W10 only for watching TV with the programm from eurotv.asia
This worked always great but after an update last week I had no sound anymore.
I tried everything possible but I could not get the audio back.
So I reinstalled Windows with the files from this forum.
Everything worked normally but now my video is stuttering while I never had that before.
I changed the settings to the best performance and I raised the pagefile but still the stuttering is there.
Does anybody have any idea what I can do more?

1. Can you go to Settings -> Apps and list the extensions installed from the Windows Store? For example, is the HEVC Extension installed (this can make a BIG difference) on Intel iGPUs?

2. Which driver versions are you using (GPU and Audio)?

3. Even though that has 2GB of RAM, it should be fine and increasing the page file is not going to do anything.

4. On the eurotv.asia website, there are two Windows versions - which one are you using?
