NEO Z83-4: Manually install the driver

I fixed the issue in a similar manner to what hahnweiler suggested, though there are some necessary added steps.

So I tried this technique and still getting nothing. Before I had one SD Class Storage Controller with the yellow error icon, one without. Now I just have the one. Still no SD card recognized.

SanDisk Extreme 128Gb is not seen my MINIX NEO Z83-4. I have W10Home 1903.
There is finally a fix for this?

2) I replaced the sdstor.sys file contained in that same directory, with the copies contained in the attachment found here:
https://forum.chuwi.com/thread-6634-1-1.html (The attachment in the first post, "SD drivers by nandinhus.zip")
(Note, there are TWO copies of that file within the ZIP. I used the copy found in the "SD_CLASS_STORAGE" sub-directory. )

Could you link the "sdstor.sys" file?

I didn't appear to need this but worth a shot if @UMDAdvocate has a copy.

Only issue is that @UMDAdvocate has posted once and not visited the Forum since!

Why shouldn't it be useful?
I have done all the other steps but the reader does not work yet.

Go to computer management (Click the lower-left Start button to open the menu, type compmgmt.msc in the blank box and tap compmgmt. ).

and see if in storage/diskmanagement the SD CARD is there.

If the SD CARD is there try to format in disk management.

Make a Copy of your existing files.... -> blablabla.sys_BAK
Put all the files into: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\ and restart.

I run Win10 Pro. Here is the file if somone like to try.

When trying to backup/copy the files I get a "trustedinstaller" error. It does not help to take ownership of the files/folder as I get the same permissions error just with my username instead.
