Neo Z83 - 4 Plus not starting

Hello all,

When it starts to load is goes into shell mode. The boot is set to hard drive. When I try to reinstall windows it can not find the internal drive. Is the hard drive fried.

Hi.
-go to the BIOS and check your eMMC
-after that put the BIOS with default settings
-boot again the device and see what happens
-windows OS here : (installation and firmware)

Notes:
-Your eMMC must be in good condition (to boot properly, install OS and run the same OS).
-if the eMMC is damage or with issues there are recovery software that you can boot from one pen drive (and to check the eMMC health).
Example: Ultimate boot cd
