NEO Z83-4 PRO Windows 20h2 update

Hi,
I have wiped and installed the 20h2 Windows 10 pro version on a minix NEO Z83-4 PRO machine. The machine is working, and I have downloaded the drivers, however no matter what I try I cannot get the graphics driver installed. Does anyone have a solution?

Run Intel Driver Assistant and it should detect, install and update automatically:

Thanks of your help, however that doesn't work either.
The display adapter is not appearing at all within device manager, see attached, before you say it, it isn't one of the unidentified devices

How bizarre, I see your Bluetooth is missing too, this is my Z83-4 Pro:

All now sorted. I installed the Graphics .inf file located in the graphics location, waited for about 10 minutes, restarted and then went to Windows updates. There was a Intel Power Management IC Device update, which when installed all worked. Thanks for the help

Which Graphics .inf did you install? I cannot find it in the Graphics folder

Had similar symptoms when installing Window 10 21H2, no display adapter was showing up.
Solved it by using Windows Update, Check for update -> Optional updates -> Driver updates and installed everything from Intel.
Then close Windows Update, open it again, run Check for updates and install the driver for Intel Power Management IC Device.
After that Windows detected "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter".
Run Check for updates one more time and Windows update should install it.
