Neo Z83-4 stuck in UEFI Shell after upgrade to latest BIOS

I upgraded my bios from 1.7 to 1.8 as provided by Minix forms.
the upgrade was successful.

I can see the new version of Bios during the boot.

However i am stuck in the BIOS UEFI Shell screen.
i am attaching pictures screens after boot.

I am unable to boot to my Windows 10


Here is all what i tried:
- i downgraded to 1.7 and tried to see if i can boot (i was unsuccessful)
- i am currently on 1.8 (the latest bios available for Z83-4). The upgrade was 100% successful.
- I downloaded the win 10 image for Z83-4 (1809 version) provided in minix forum, but i got a RED screen in the beginning saying no hard drive found etc
-I tried to install win10 from microsoft site, i tried to install other lubuntu but i in all cases i did not find my internal 32GB storage.
- I used a bootable win 7 usb and still did not find the internal hard drive (the samsung eMMC 32 GB 5.0)

Can anybody help ?
Is anybody also stuck on the same UEFI Shell screen ?
Is my Storage DEAD ?
How can i confirm if my eMMC is dead ?
what alternatives do i have if i am stuck in the bios shell loop ?

I can easily access the Bios menu.
I have checked the boot order, it says ‘Hard drive’ then the next one is UEFI Shell etc

I tried pressing F11 to get the one time boot menu and try to boot using bootable USBs but the install of Windows or liinux etc all fail due to HDD not found.

This issue can be resolved by change the boot priorities.

The issue was fully resolved by Minix Support and forum help.

I am glad Minix support is keeping up with excellent support after sales.

If you want good hardware and excellent follow-up support, Minix is outstanding in both domains.

Did they replace your device or provide you with a fix :)?

H e y Leute,
Ich habe das Problem, das ich nach DM Firmware Update auf 1.18 nicht mehr von der Festplatte USB-Sticks booten Kanns und, außerdem funktioniert die EFI-Shell auch nicht mehr. Habe überall Blackscreen.

Kann mir jemand helfen?

I have the problem that after the firmware update to 1.18 I can no longer boot from the hard drive USB sticks and the EFI shell also no longer works. Blackscreen everywhere.

Can someone help me?

I seem to be having the same problem as above
I have a Neo Z83-4 Plus V2
After Windows update it just boots into the EFI.
I tried change the boot priorities but the is no Window Boot manager.

Can someone help

Have you emailed MINIX directly as @MINIX - Martin has suggested above regarding this particular problem?
