NEO Z83-4 will not boot/cannot get power to it

I can't get any power to this thing anymore. It used to boot but it's barely been used and I pulled it out today and I can't get it to pull any power for the life of me. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Hi digit3l,

Is the LED on the box still coming on or nothing there either? If it's green for example, there is a problem with the PCB itself that will require a return for repair.

If you're getting no power to the box at all chances are the PSU has become defective. (The PSU is in the power adapter/plug.)

How long have you had your unit? If it's still in warranty Minix will replace it. Otherwise, look at the specs/ratings on the PSU itself for the voltage & amps, see if you can find one that's the same. You can also do a search for Neo Z83-4 PSU or Neo Z83-4 power supply which will give you a few after market options.

Does the LED light glow blue when you attempt to power on the unit?
