Netflix issue

Hi all
I have been facing a typical issue with Netflix. I have installed Netflix on Minix U1 as well on my Android phone. When I play a movie from Minix, there is noticeable jerk and the resolution is poor (I notice some pixelation). However, if I stream the same movie to my Yamaha receiver through Chromecast, there is no jerk and video is great.
My Minix and Chromecast are connected to the HDMI in of Yamaha Rx through which my TV is connected.
I suspect that the U1 does not possess enough processing power to get a better-quality video.
Can anyone help? Is it time to move on from U1 to another box?

So just because I was able to install Netflix through Google Play, does not mean Netflix will work?
There should have been a compatibility check?
 
Netflix will work well if:

-if the device is netflix certified than you can watch for example 4k (if your netflix subscription is the premium version) and then you also can install/update the app via play store

I really recommend to you a device that is netflix certified (with that you will won´t have any issues).

Specs:
-It is up to your preference but i recommend Android TV with at least 2GB RAM
-Storage - i don´t know if you use many apps but i recommend at least 16GB

Note:
I have to say that at the moment i don´t use netflix (it is based on my previous experience)

Thank you. In that case Chromecast 4k with Google TV is a right choice. But will I be able to install Kodi on it is something I need to check since I watch a lot of downloaded movies too.
