New firmware and audio out with Minix Neo A2 Wireless Air Mouse

Hi and excuse me for my english, but I'm italian.
This is my first post and I ask help for this problem...
Yesterday I installed last firmware on my neo U22-XJ.
Everything was fine except for one thing: when I connect the wireless air mouse A2, which i used with my old minix, the audio disappears (with the previous firmware it worked fine). Instead, audio works fine if I connect my Logitech K400 keyboard.
The question is: can it be solved or the air mouse A2 is incompatible and I have to buy the new A3 model?
Can anyone kindly help me?
Thank you

very strange >
please confirm exactly what firmware you installed
please confirm it is an A2 remote, and not the A2 lite that you have

The A2 lite remote definetly works OK with the U22

Thanks for your answer!
Yes, strange.
Firmware version: 20210203-V0006a_20210203-1459 (installed via FOTA)
Remote: I think A2 (not lite) I bought years ago (2014), here is link to my amazon order
https://www.amazon.it/dp/B00FDWIT5I?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_dt_b_product_details

My remote worked fine before firmware update, I don't understad what happened...
Is it possible that he made some mistake or that he needs to set something?
The problem appears when I insert the mini-receiver into the USB connection: as soon as I insert it the audio goes away, when I remove it the audio returns.

Yes, definitely an A2

I've just tried an A2 with the U22-XJ FW006A and I can't break the audio no matter what I do, other than by reducing the volume using the volume buttons.

So you have the opposite problem: always audio?!

It's really weird ... I tried one more time with a youtube video on:
- audio can be heard with the logitech mini keyboard receiver
- the audio is heard when the receiver is removed
- connecting the A2 receiver the audio disappears
- removing the A2 receiver the audio returns.
This is the case for each of the 3 usb attacks.
Could the problem really be in usb attacks?

Should I buy an A2 lite or an A3?

the only thing i can think off is to look at the usb audio output setting in developer options .
sorry never used an A2 so cant advise more on that.

Personally i prefer the A2 Lite

Coud be a good idea.
Could you please tell me, how to access at the usb audio output setting in developer options?

find the "about" option in minix settings
tap the "build number" repeatedly until it says you are a developer, this will then open up the developer options
scroll down the list until you see usb audio or similar

Woooops... I tried turning off USB audio routing and now audio seems to work with the A2 connected.
I don't understand why it works now, but let's hope it continues like this.
I cross my fingers and in the meantime, thank you very much to everyone.
You are precious!
