New minix box?

Now that the s905x2 and s922 are roaming around will we get a new high end s922 minix box early next year? The new s905x2 has some major improvements and went from 22nm down to 12nm and clocks at 1.8ghz...the s922 will bring x1 type of graphics performance to a new generation. The gpu and cpu performance (s905x2) beats the s912 by a great margin.

A new minix box will be available in few weeks, the Neo X39, with a rockship 3399.

I thought standing advice was to avoid rockchip boxes at all costs, have they improved beyond amlogic chips with the 3399?
 
The s905x2 and s922 are superior to the rk3399 with dolby vision and hdr10+... Going to buy a x96 mini with the s905x2... 2x the performance of a s912 in a 70 dollar box benching at 65k in antutu. Does n64 emulation... Something that needed a x1 tegra gpu.
