I have purchased two G41V-4 PCs to have a ply with, nice machines, but.
The first one I unboxed, powered up, Windows installed, updated all fine.
The second, not so good, every now and then the power goes off, seems a little random.
To ensure it was not the power supply, I tried the one from the first, but no difference.
I nursed it through to logging in to Windows, event viewer shows unexpected power off.
Looking a little further it says about a hardware error, but does not say what exactly.
Anyone with any ideas other than sending it back ?
